                                                           MVU, COVID-19, AND YOU

                                                           THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY UTILITY WILL PROVIDE
                                                           ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS AFFECTED BY COVID-19


                                                           To  assist  our  customers  during  this  difficult  time  and  potential
                                                           financial hardship, we have suspended service disconnections and
                                                           late fees until further notice.


                                                           Payments can be made in several ways:
                                                              • By mail
                                                              • Online as a guest
                                                              • Online using the MyMVU mobile app
                                                              • By phone using our Pay-by-Phone service
                                                                by calling (844) 657-6473
                                                              • Via the drop box at our local office

                                                           All non-essential planned power outages will be postponed to help
                                                           those who are at home from work or school.
