Mulch is available to City residents from Monday to Saturday at the City Yard. Be sure to bring your own container and shovels!
Mulch is available to City residents from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 4 pm, at the following location:
City Corporate Yard (in the visitor parking lot)
15670 Perris Blvd

(north side of Santiago Drive, east of Perris Blvd)
Please note:
- Residents are required to bring their own containers and shovels
- There is no limit to the amount of mulch a resident may take
- Multiple trips are permitted
